Camberwell Fair is back! We’re so happy to share with you that Camberwell Fair will be returning on Saturday 2nd September 12-8:30pm at our old home of Camberwell Green for a day of amazing live music with influences from around the world, DJs, mask making, an independent market and food and drink stalls, all completely free entry.

Sadly, this will be the final year that it will be run by the current team of André Marmot and Sarah Taylor, who are affectionately calling it #CamberFairWell, but they hope to find some fresh promoters who will want to continue this great legacy. For their last Fair they’ve pulled out all the stops to ensure this will be one final, glorious celebration of Camberwell’s music, people and culture.

*Mask-making workshop run by Sunshine International Arts, leaders in the art of Carnival.

*Stalls run by independent local businesses

*Food and drink stalls

*DJing by local legend Gordon Wedderburn and explosive Venezuelan DJ Ivicore

*Live music for all tastes - Bilongo (Cuban), Madalitso (West African), Tee Peters (Soul and Hip-hop), All Day Breakfast Cafe (disco, jazz)

We encourage everyone to catch the last of the summer sunshine and head down to this amazing free event celebrating the best of Camberwell’s diverse culture.

“A vibrant South London mix of street food and live music.”
